Nature of this service

easyDentalCare is an information and comparison platform for supplementary dental insurance in Germany. The site provides general information and does not act as an insurance intermediary or insurance adviser; there is no authorisation under § 34d GewO and no individual insurance advice is given. Benefits always depend on the tariff selected with the respective insurer.

Dispute resolution

We are not obliged and not willing to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.

Hosting and server logs

For the operation and technical delivery of this website we use services of the Lovable platform (Lovable Labs Incorporated). The site is delivered via this platform. Technical request data (IP address, user agent, timestamp, requested URL) may be processed for operation, security and stability (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR). We currently use the Lovable Pro plan; for this plan Lovable's privacy policy applies according to Lovable's public documentation. A separate data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is, according to that documentation, offered for the Business and Enterprise plans and is therefore not confirmed for the plan used here. We are reviewing this point and will update this notice as soon as the situation changes.

Backend and database

Content of this site (provider data, comparison entries, site settings) is stored in the managed Lovable Cloud backend (database, authentication, file storage). The infrastructure is operated in the EU region (Ireland, eu-west-1). Publicly, only published site content is read from the database; authentication is used exclusively for the internal administration area, and file storage is only readable for internal administrators. The public pages do not require an account. The plan-related note in the previous section also applies to this backend.

Administration area

The internal administration area at /admin is protected by e-mail and password login. Authentication data is processed only for internal users of the site, not for visitors. Administration pages are excluded from search engine indexing.

Local storage in your browser

We store a few preferences locally in your browser so your choices persist between visits:

• Language preference.
• Your cookie / tracking consent decision.
• Whether you already dismissed the feedback prompt.
• An anonymous session identifier in sessionStorage, used only for analytics when you have consented. It is deleted when the browser tab closes.

These values stay on your device unless a section below states otherwise, and they can be cleared at any time via your browser settings.

Cookies and consent management

We do not set advertising cookies. Technically necessary storage is used to render the site. Optional analytics is only activated after you agree in the consent banner; you can change or withdraw your decision at any time via "Cookie settings" in the footer (Art. 6 (1) (a) GDPR).

Analytics

We use our own, self-operated analytics without any third-party analytics tool. It records page views and a small set of interaction events together with the page path, language, device class and an anonymous session identifier. No IP addresses are stored, no cookies are used and no data is shared with advertising networks. This only runs after your consent.

Feedback and ratings

If you voluntarily submit a star rating or written feedback, we store the rating, your optional text, the page path, the language and a pseudonymised session value. Please do not enter personal data in the free-text field; submissions containing contact details are rejected. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (improving the site).

Web fonts

The site loads web fonts from Google Fonts servers. When the page is loaded, your browser connects to Google servers and transmits your IP address and browser information. Provider: Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR (consistent presentation of the site).

Contact forms, newsletter and e-mail

This site currently offers no contact form, no newsletter and no registration for visitors, and does not send e-mails to visitors.

Links to insurance providers

This site links to third-party insurance providers. When you follow such a link, the privacy policy of the destination site applies.

Your rights under the GDPR

You have the right to information, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability, as well as the right to object and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. To exercise these rights, please contact us at service@easyvibe-consulting.de.
